BAM's annual art auction needed a rebrand. The target audience varies from older art collectors and benefactors to newcomers on the art scene. We avoided using an art piece from the show in the marketing. The thought was it would alienate prospective buyers with differing tastes.

My take was to design an identity that felt artistic but not stuffy, in a style I call "baroque meets pop."
